An opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner has arisen within this successful, growing Manufacturing business based in Warwickshire.

Up to £70k + Benefits

Site-based with some flexible working.

As HR Business Partner you will join a HR team at a time of business growth, and financial stability. Working with SLT stakeholders you will coach and advise around Engagement, Leadership Development, Succession and more complex Employee relations. you will work with the Union to build strong relationships to support organisational growth and development.

Having worked within Manufacturing/ Engineering/ Distribution organisations you will have a proven track record as a proactive, commercial HR Business Partner, who enjoys building strong stakeholder and union relations.
