Job Description - HR Business Partner

The Role

As a HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to drive talent strategy, organisational design, and employee engagement. You’ll be a trusted advisor across multiple functions, supporting teams with practical, people-first solutions that align with the company values and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance initiatives
  • Support workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning
  • Act as a change agent during periods of growth and transformation
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance issues, and policy interpretation
  • Collaborate with the People Team on global HR initiatives, programs, and compliance

About You

  • Proven HR Business Partner experience, ideally gained within a fast-paced tech or software environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and people management strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
  • Experience supporting remote or hybrid workforces is a plus
  • Degree in HR, Business, or related field (CIPD certification desirable)
