Job Description - HR Business Partner

A new HR Business Partner role has become available offering an HR professional the opportunity to lead an HR team with a fast paced, highly successful organisation. This is a varied role and will work closely with senior leaders in providing support and guidance on all people matters as well as driving employee engagement and HR projects.

The role

Lead and coach the HR team, supporting the business across the full employee lifecycle.
Work closely with the business to foster a positive employee relations environment, providing advice on all areas of case management and ER issues
Support managers across the full recruitment and onboarding process
Partner with managers to identify learning and development needs
Oversee the apprenticeship programme including liaising with training providers and management of the levy funding
Lead on HR projects as and when required

About you..

CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent HR qualification.
Broad generalist HR experience with a sound understanding of UK Employment law.
Proven track record of partnering business leaders
Experience of driving HR initiatives to support the strategic goals of the business
