Are you an experienced HR professional ready to make a real impact in a hands-on, operationally focused environment?

We’re looking for a People Business Partner to join a busy and collaborative team, fully aligned with an industrial, frontline workforce operating around the clock. This is a fully on-site role based in London, with regular travel to two operational sites across the region.

The ideal candidate will have proven HR experience in a service sector (e.g. logistics, facilities management, manufacturing, or similar).

The Role:

Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll be the go-to HR expert for key functional areas. This is a broad and varied role focused on driving people strategy and supporting day-to-day HR needs in a fast-paced environment.

You will:

• Build strong relationships with directors and their leadership teams to drive business-aligned people plans.
• Partner on recruitment, succession planning, and employee development.
• Play a key role in learning and development, embedding leadership capability and supporting the use of apprenticeship programmes.
• Lead on performance management, employee engagement, and policy updates.
• Provide expert support on employee relations (including unionised environments, TUPE, and complex cases).
• Support and deliver HR projects

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven HR Business Partner experience in an operationally intensive setting.
• Strong grasp of employment law, employee relations and trade union engagement.
• Experience working in a unionised and regulated environment.
• Ability to analyse people data and provide strategic insight.
• A confident communicator with the ability to influence and guide at all levels.
• CIPD Level 7 qualified (or equivalent).
• Self-starter with strong time management and adaptability.
