Job Description - HR Business Partner

Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: Luton, UK
Salary: £50,000-£55,000
Contract Type: Full-Time, 12 Month FTC

Are you a dynamic and strategic HR professional looking for your next challenge? Do you thrive on partnering with business leaders to drive people strategies that make a real impact? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client's team as an HR Business Partner in Luton!

The Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our people strategy. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will provide expert guidance on all aspects of HR, from talent management and organisational design to employee engagement and change initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Develop and deliver tailored HR solutions that align with organisational objectives.
  • Lead on key projects such as workforce planning, succession planning, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices.
  • Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Champion a high-performance culture by driving engagement and development initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience managing complex change initiatives is highly desirable.
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience.
