HR Business Partner (Change Management) | Fully remote | £350 - £400 per day Outside IR35 | 3 month contract
 
My client, a purpose-driven and growing organisation, is currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their People & Culture team for a 90-day period.
 
This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial HR experience who enjoys partnering with senior leaders and supporting organisational change, culture and business development.
 
Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver people strategies aligned with business objectives
Lead and support organisational and cultural change programmes
Provide expert HR advice and constructive challenge on complex people matters
Support workforce planning, employee engagement and organisational development
Coach and develop managers and senior leaders
Identify and manage people-related risks, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice
Work collaboratively with the wider P&C team to deliver an effective HR service 
Skills

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a commercial environment
Strong organisational change and transformation experience
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
Commercially minded with a strong focus on employee experience
Confident coaching and advising senior leaders 
Package

£350 - £400 per day Outside IR35
35-hour working week
Fully remote
