HR Business Partner / HR Change Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Change Lead / HR Business Partner / HR Manager to support an organisational transformation project. Working closely with senior leaders, managers and Trade Unions, you will lead complex workforce change initiatives including restructures, voluntary redundancy programmes, consultation processes and organisational redesign/reorganisation.
Key Responsibilities

Lead significant organisational change and workforce transformation programmes.
Manage collective consultation processes and build effective relationships with Trade Unions and employee representatives.
Oversee restructuring, voluntary redundancy (VR) and workforce reduction programmes.
Advise senior leaders on operating model design, workforce implications and organisational risks.
Provide strategic oversight across multiple change workstreams, ensuring delivery within agreed timescales.
Develop workforce plans, consultation documentation and change communications.
Ensure all activity complies with employment legislation, organisational policy and best practice.CandidatesWere seeking Senior HR professionals who have a strong depth of experience of change management within complex unionised environments.

You will demonstrate:

Proven experience leading large-scale organisational change within complex unionised environment.
Strong expertise in collective consultation, organisational restructuring and redundancy processes.
Experience delivering voluntary redundancy, redeployment and workforce change programmes.
Credibility to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
Excellent knowledge of employment law relating to organisational change and employee relations.

3 days on-site in Dorset / 2 from home, but there may be weeks within the project which will require more days on-site as per the needs of the project.
