Job Description - HR Change & Comms Lead

Join our client, a global Law firm looking for a Change and Communications Lead for the next 18 months! This role is crucial for driving the successful implementation of their People Strategy, ensuring effective change management and communication across the organisation. If you are passionate about enhancing employee engagement and organisational culture, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You must have extensive experience in change projects, confident and able to pull together a comms plan and deliver. You will have worked for another Law firm or have a professional services background.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support the People Strategy.
  • Identify potential risks and resistance to change, developing mitigation plans.
  • Assess the impact of change on different groups within the organisation.
  • Create and execute comprehensive communication plans to ensure clear, consistent, and timely messaging.
  • Develop engaging content for various communication channels, including emails, intranet, and presentations.
  • Work alongside the EVP team in Talent Acquisition to align internal and external communication and branding.
  • Support regular updates and feedback to senior leadership and the HR Function on the progress of People Strategy.
  • Draft emails and other forms of communication for a variety of audiences.
  • Work with the Firm’s comms team to align communication and messaging.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Work alongside the Programme Manager and Change and Comms for Workday implementation to ensure alignment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in change management and communications, preferably within a large organisation.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms.
  • Experience in the HR or People Strategy domain.
