HR Change Management Specialist

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a HR Change Management Specialist. This is a fixed term position with an annual salary of up to £50,000, and the successful candidate must be able to commit to being based in our Andover branch for the period of their contract. Main roles and responsibilities Lead a variety of organisational change projects – this is to include redundancies, restructures, site closures and changes to T&C’s.
Be the key point of contact for issues that arise during projects.
Provide an efficient, flexible and effective service.
Work alongside the site manager to support the delivery of organisational changes, reviews across a range of departments.
Develop and maintain relationships with the employee council during all stages of the reviews
Skills and qualities we are looking for ain a candidate You must require up-to-date HR knowledge and experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field is essential
Possess strong communication, presentation, organisational and influential skills
Minimum of 5 years’ experience within HR business partnering or HR management with a strong hocus on driving strategic initiatives within organisations.
Proven, in-depth knowledge of redundancy reorganisation, restructure and change of roles.
Proven ability to understand staff data and be able to present information in a variety of formats.
Ensure that all written communications are accurate, include any changes to organisational structures, employee pay and terms and conditions.
Have the ability to build professional working relationship through all levels of an organisation.
Be comfortable with ambiguity and demonstrate a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
