We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Consultant to join our client's dynamic team in a hybrid capacity. Based in Exeter, this role offers the flexibility of remote working combined with the benefits of a collaborative office environment. You’ll play a key role in delivering strategic and operational HR support to a diverse client base.

• Provide expert HR advice and guidance to clients on a range of employment matters.
• Support clients with employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to client needs.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops on HR best practices.
• Assist with recruitment strategies and onboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with current employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and support.

• Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a consultancy or multi-client environment.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards).
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with a flexible and adaptable approach.
