Are you experienced within employee relations within HR either working in a HR team or handled issues as a people manager? Are you looking for variety, challenge, and real impact in your work? My client is looking to hire someone just like you to join their Face2Face Consultancy team in Hinckley.

This role is also ideal for someone that is an experienced people manager that has transferable skills into HR. You will need strong experience holding/chairing meetings for disciplinaries & grievances.

In this unique, fast-paced role, you’ll deliver expert HR services directly to the businesses clients - virtually via Microsoft Teams - supporting and advising them through complex formal meetings with employees. No two days are the same. You might be guiding a disciplinary one day, and mediating a settlement the next.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Representing the clients in formal HR meetings - from disciplinary and grievance to appeals and settlement negotiations.
• Advising with clarity and confidence, even under pressure.
• Providing timely, professional written reports.
• Acting as a trusted, impartial partner who identifies risk and communicates it effectively.
• Delivering mediation and conciliation services when needed.
• Building strong client relationships and encouraging repeat business.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in HR, Law or a related field - or equivalent hands-on experience.
• A background in HR consultancy, employment law or people manager with HR experience.
• A calm, professional presence and the ability to build rapport quickly - even in emotionally charged situations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility and a 'can-do’ attitude when handling short-notice assignments.
