Belfast (Hybrid – 2 Days in Office)

£30,000 - £35,000 (Negotiable) + Bonus

The role
The role has become available due to the expansion of the HR consultancy services team at Corvus People. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to shape the role and have overall responsibility for engaging, developing and diagnosing the root cause of client issues and planning ahead to help deliver improvements. You will combine a range of data and personal experience to develop insight into the client organisation, its customers and the external context in which it operates to identify opportunities, priorities and potential risks. You will be offering your professional insights that can enable the client to achieve excellent value.

Corvus People is a people services provider that helps businesses recruit, develop, and retain high-impact talent. Established in Belfast in 2011, we provide Executive Search, Recruitment, and HR services for companies and organisations in NI, GB, RoI and the USA.
In 2023 we introduced our HR for Growth services, providing SMEs with Strategic HR Consulting services. We provide a range of services including Stay Interviews to establish sentiment and opportunities for improvement in businesses, Skills Matrix workshops to establish and deliver training needs, Succession Planning and Executive Coaching.
We aim to provide our clients with a competitive advantage by helping them identify, assess, appoint, and then retain candidates who are a true fit with their values and culture.

About you
You will lead and manage a variety of HR projects, ensuring successful implementation and evaluation and alignment with client’s objectives. You will provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations issues, health and safety and compliance with various accreditations. You will have a number of years’ experience working with senior stakeholders and business leaders to help understand and refine complex issues and be comfortable presenting these findings back to the teams. You will be an expert at building relationships and influence quickly whilst being able to deliver excellent value to the client. You will need to have a growth mindset for this role and have the ability to fail fast and learn from mistakes made.

The details
You will work 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri), have 20 days holidays + 10 bank & public holidays, your Birthday off, Benenden healthcare, pension, bonus all while progressing your career working alongside a highly talented & experienced team.
