Job Description - HR Coordinator

Are you a recruiter looking to step into a more HR focussed role? Do you already have some experience in HR administration that you're looking to build upon? Our client based in Bagshot are looking for an HR Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis and take ownership of their recruitment amd HR process.

The successful candidate will be with experienced recruitment and HR processes. You will be able to proactively, prioritise work in a demanding environment and work on your own initiative whilst remaining a dependable team player. You will be detail oriented and capable of overseeing the smooth running of end-to-end hiring process as well as assisting with general HR administration duties and supporting the wider team.

Job Title: HR Coordinator

Location: Bagshot, Surrey

Estimated Salary: £29,000 per annum

Type: Permanent, Full time, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Source, screen and interview candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and liaise with hiring managers.
  • Maintain databases and applicant tracking systems.
  • Draft and post job advertisements.
  • Conduct new starter inductions.
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Support HR processes such as onboarding, probation and exit procedures.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.

What we are looking for:

  • At least 1 year of previous experience in recruitment and some experience of HR administration.
  • CIPD Level 3 would be preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Confidentiality and discretion.
  • Existing knowledge of employment law and HR best practices would be desirable.
