Job Description - HR Coordinator

HR Coordinator
Dartford, UK | ?? Full-Time | ?? Permanent

Are you ready to take the next step in your HR career? We're looking for a proactive and organised HR Coordinator to join our team in Dartford. In this key role, you'll support all aspects of the employee lifecycle and help create a positive, compliant, and ethical workplace.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees, offering guidance on HR policies and employee relations matters (e.g. grievances, disciplinaries, performance issues).

  • Support the full employee journey, from onboarding to exit processes.

  • Prepare induction materials and conduct new starter inductions.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records in line with GDPR.

  • Produce HR reports and metrics including absence and turnover rates.

  • Coordinate HR administrative tasks and assist with organising company events.

  • Promote employee well-being and safe working practices in collaboration with the Health & Safety team.

  • Continuously review and improve internal HR processes and documentation.

What We’re Looking For:
  • At least 2 years of HR experience or a relevant equivalent qualification.

  • CIPD Level 3 qualification (required).

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • High attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Discreet, ethical, and committed to confidentiality.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with HR software.
