We're delighted to be partnering with a fantastic business, a household name. to recruit an experienced HR Coordinator to join their People & Culture team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Supporting across 3 UK sites, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative HR function where no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in delivering a first-class HR service, supporting colleagues across the full employee lifecycle whilst contributing to continuous improvement projects within a busy regulated environment.

The Opportunity Working closely with the Director of People Services and wider HR team, you'll be involved in a broad range of HR activities including:
Supporting the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to payroll and benefits administration. Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries, providing advice and guidance to employees and managers. Managing HR administration, maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy within the HR system. Supporting monthly payroll processes, benefits administration and HR reporting. Coordinating pre-employment checks, referencing and airport security clearance processes. Delivering HR inductions for new colleagues and managers. Producing HR metrics and management information to support business decision-making. Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience. Supporting HR projects and providing super-user support across HR systems.About You We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, has exceptional attention to detail and is passionate about delivering a high-quality HR service. You'll ideally bring:
Previous experience in a busy HR Coordinator, HR Assistant or HR Administrator role. Exposure to payroll and benefits administration. A good understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Strong IT skills, including Excel and HR systems. A continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience) would be advantageous.What's on Offer
