HR Coordinator

Location: Watford

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-time, office-based Monday to Friday.

CTR Select is recruiting for an HR Coordinator to join a busy and supportive HR team. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will provide a broad range of HR support across the business, working closely with managers, senior leaders and employees.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees.

* Support recruitment, selection and onboarding processes.

* Coordinate inductions and mandatory training for new starters.

* Advise and coach managers on employee relations, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters.

* Support reward and recognition initiatives.

* Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR systems.

* Ensure HR policies and procedures remain compliant with UK employment legislation.

* Produce HR reports and metrics to support senior management decision-making.

* Keep up to date with employment law, HR best practice and industry developments.

About You

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR professional with:

* Previous experience in a generalist HR, HR Coordinator or HR Advisory role.

* Good knowledge of UK employment legislation.

* Experience supporting recruitment and employee relations.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* The ability to coach, influence and build relationships at all levels.

* Experience with HRIS and HR reporting.

* Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

* A professional, confidential and diplomatic approach.
