  • Run the onboarding process, including pre-employment checks (such as  right-to-work checks, references and BPSS checks), induction logistics and probation review tracking

  • Manage the leaving process, including exit paperwork, exit interview scheduling and system updates

  • Support the rollout of our new HR system, including data collection, record set-up, testing and user support, and act as the day-to-day system administrator once it is live

  • Prepare and issue contracts of employment, contract variations and other employment documents

  • Organise training and development activities, including booking courses, maintaining training and certification records, and flagging renewals

  • Act as a point of contact for employee and manager queries, signposting complex issues to the HR Advisor or HR Manager

  • Provide administrative support for employee relations processes, including meeting scheduling, note-taking and document preparation

  • Support flexible working requests and family-friendly leave administration

  • Provide accurate payroll information to the Payroll Manager, including starters, leavers and changes
