Your day-to-day

• Analyze large and diverse human resources datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and reports that provide clear visualizations of key HR metrics.
• Collaborate closely with HR business partners and management to understand analytical needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Utilize advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to predict workforce trends and support decision-making.
• Maintain data quality and ensure compliance with privacy regulations and corporate policies.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, fostering a data-driven culture within the HR function.

Your skills and experience

• Proven experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related field, with a strong understanding of human resource processes.
• Proficient in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
• Strong skills in statistical software and programming languages like Python, R, or SQL.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
