Hr digital project support officer – 9 month fixed term contract

Express Recruitment are working in partnership with one of Nottingham’s biggest employers who are recruiting for an excellent interim opportunity for an individual who has a wealth of experience within HR Operations, to join their digital core project implementation team.

The role is a fixed term contract until January 2025 – however if the project runs longer then there is a possibility for extension beyond this.

The successful candidate will receive a starting salary of up to c£43,000 pro rata, with an excellent benefits package along with hybrid working opportunities.

Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to work on site when required so candidates must be based in commutable distance of Nottingham.

Roles & Responsibilities Coordinate with the wider HR Team to facilitate the achievement of project milestones and outcomes within the team Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure the effectiveness and functionality of training manuals Map business processes and develop standard operating procedures to streamline operations Provide design assurance to ensure the quality and reliability of solutions Facilitate training sessions to equip stakeholders with the necessary skills for implementation Drive change management and engagement efforts to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of digital solutions Actively participate in project management activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organisational goals Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to foster collaboration and understanding Remain adaptable to evolving project requirements and priorities to support successful project delivery Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures Experienced in delivering complex digital projects Degree educated or project management qualifications highly advantageous Demonstrable experience in producing HR system training documentation and creating user stories highly advantageous Posses a flexible attitude to work with the ability to change direction at speed IT literate with knowledge of MS applications About Express Recruitment Express Recruitment has been offering exceptional recruitment solutions across the East Midlands since 1987, “exceeding expectations every time” of over 267,000 candidates.
