HR Director

I am currently working exclusively with a West Midlands Manufacturing organisation who are looking to recruit a HR Director to develop and lead on the people strategy for this multi-sited, unionised business.

Circa £130/140k + Benefits
West Midlands base

It is an exciting opportunity to work as part of the SMT and shape the people function across this national role. This includes embedding a high-performance culture, utilising people metrics to shape the people strategy, building robust relations with the unions, as part of the SMT developing strategic workforce planning, building culture, learning and development, reward etc.

As an experienced HR Director you will have worked in Manufacturing, multi-sited, unionised environments with integration experience. You will be a commercial, decisive HR Leader who enjoys working with agility and pace.
