We're looking for a confident, capable, and highly organised HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. You’ll be the go-to person for all things people—supporting the full employee lifecycle, driving day-to-day HR operations, and helping to shape a high-performance culture.

This role isn’t for the faint-hearted. It’s hands-on, high-intensity, and deeply involved in every corner of the business. You’ll need to think on your feet, manage multiple priorities at once, and stay calm under pressure.

• Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes

• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation

• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices

• Support performance management processes and employee relations matters

• Coordinate training, development, and wellbeing initiatives

• Handle day-to-day HR queries from employees and managers

• Assist with HR reporting, data analysis, and process improvements

• Work closely with leadership to support company culture and growth goals

• 2+ years of HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment

• Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices

• Exceptionally organised with the ability to juggle competing demands

• Calm under pressure and thrives in a full-on, ever-changing environment

• Clear communicator, approachable, and discreet

• Proactive, resilient, and ready to take ownership

• Strong IT and HR systems skills
