From recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, learning and development, and HR compliance, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering a first-class people service while helping shape a positive and engaging workplace culture.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities Providing first-line HR advice and support to managers and employees Assisting with employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance matters Maintaining accurate HR records and producing key documentation Supporting learning and development initiatives across the business Assisting managers with performance and attendance management processes Ensuring HR practices remain compliant with employment legislation and best practice Promoting employee wellbeing, inclusion, and engagement initiatives What We're Looking For
CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualified (or currently working towards) Previous experience within a Human Resources or People Services role Sound understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice Employee relations experience and confidence handling sensitive matters Experience using HR systems and payroll software Strong organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills A proactive, professional, and solutions-focused approach What You'll Bring
