HR Generalist(ER Focus)

£180 per day PAYE
Temporary Contract until December 2026

Are you an experienced HR Generalist who enjoys managing complex employee relations cases and providing practical, people-focused HR support?We're working with a large, purpose-driven not-for-profit organisation seeking an HR professional to join their team on an interim basis until December. This is an excellent opportunity to make a tangible impact within an organisation committed to delivering meaningful outcomes for the communities it serves.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Managing a varied caseload of employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and performance issues
✅ Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers across the organisation
✅ Supporting organisational change and HR projects where required
✅ Ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and fairly
✅ Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business

About You

✔ Previous experience in a HR Generalist or HR Advisor role
✔ Strong employee relations experience and confidence managing cases independently
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ CIPD qualified or working towards qualification (desirable)
✔ Available to start at short notice
