Exciting opportunity to lead on day-to-day HR requirements in this HR stand-alone role.

Essentials:

• Sound generalist HR experience
• A good level of employment law knowledge
• Associate CIPD member level 5 or equivalent qualification - flexible to level 3
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent administration and organisational skills
• High levels of confidentiality and understanding of data protection
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with people at all levels
• Experienced in HR systems and creating people data reports

Key Responsibilities:

• Working independently to lead on both operational and strategic HR matters
• Develop and monitor overall people processes, systems and policies
• Keep up to date with the latest HR trends
• Advice and guidance
• Ensure organisation is legally compliant at all times
• Key projects and developments within the HR function
• Lead on HR projects
• End-end recruitment
• Onboarding
• Working with Compliance Manager
• HR administration
• Coach and support Line Managers
