Location: London (Office-Based, Monday to Friday)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the HR team of an international bank based in the heart of London. This role offers the chance to gain hands-on experience in both HR reporting and generalist HR functions within a dynamic and professional corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver all HR reporting, dashboards, and data analysis using Excel and other tools
• Prepare regular reports for senior management and contribute to people metrics and insights
• Support on key HR processes including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee lifecycle administration
• Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Assist with ad hoc HR projects and audits
• Provide general support to the wider HR team as required

About You:

• Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Demonstrated HR exposure within a corporate or professional services environment (internships, placements, or entry-level roles)
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and data manipulation)
• Strong attention to detail and a natural aptitude for working with data
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
