This independent energy company have been established since 2017, created solely to minimise damage being caused to the environment by assisting families across the UK reduce their energy bills, by improving the efficiency of their homes. They're now seeking an experienced HR person, who has a friendly and can do attitude to assist them with their strong growth plans. You should expect to juggle a variety of tasks day to day and always act as a listening ear to all staff members.

In this role the individual will be the go to person for all things HR, recruitment and overall assistance across the company when and where required. You will receive fantastic development opportunities tailored to you as an individual, which will include both internal and external and excellent progression routes.

The ideal candidate will hold HR experience, with an eagerness to learn and develop their existing skillset and career, while enjoy working is a close knit, yet growing environment.

The Role:
* Acting as the go to person within the company and always being a listening ear.
* Ensuring adherence to employment laws and managing employee records.
* Overseeing the recruitment and hiring process - company wide.
* Close knit and friendly environment.
* Excellent training and progression opportunities within a growing company.
* 40hr working week (9am - 5pm Mon - Fri).

The Person:
* Previous HR Management experience.
* Holds CIPD qualification.
* A positive, friendly and can do attitude.
