HR Manager

The successful candidate will work with the directors, managers and key stakeholders to help build organisation and people capability, and shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within the organisation.

We are looking for an experienced HR generalist that has worked in big companies and will be at home in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with key stakeholders to help them implement the business strategy from a people perspective
• Provide guidance on people practices such as team structures, succession planning, pay and benefits, etc
• Use evidence and data to identify people priorities for current and future needs
• Develop and deliver the strategy for L&D, Culture, Recruitment and Retention
• Review and implement HR policies and processes
• Provide all-round HR support and guidance

Requirements:

• CIPD Level 5 or above
• Experience within a similar level role
• Team management experience
• Blue collar sector background
• Proven background of being a HR generalist

The role will be office-based in Central Essex.
