HR Manager

Frazer Jones is delighted to be working with a Bristol based Global business that is looking to hire an HR Manager on a permanent basis.

This position is responsible for HR Business Partnering a variety of Regional business units while also supporting on all HR operational activities. Alongside senior HR colleagues and with the support of an HR Advisor, you will act as the point of contact for senior stakeholders and deliver operational HR support in addition to strategic priorities and projects. The firm has a sophisticated HR infrastructure and you will also be supported by ER, Talent Acquisition and other specialist HR areas.

You will be an experienced HR generalist at HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor level and preferably gained within Professional or Financial Services. Comfortable working operationally across all areas of the employee lifecycle and with strong knowledge of UK employment law, you will be articulate and adept at working strategically with senior stakeholders.

Based in central Bristol, the company operates a hybrid working policy and you will be expected to be in the office 3 days/week. This role will require travel to Reading once a week.
