A leading professional services firm is looking for an experienced and confident HR Manager to join their team as soon as possible.
This hybrid role offers genuine flexibility, with two days based in the Birmingham office, one day at a regional site, and two days working from home. Reporting to the HR Director, you’ll oversee one HR Advisor and support a client group of approximately 400 employees spread across eight UK locations.
The role is a perfect blend of strategic business partnering and hands-on HR delivery. You’ll provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance, and change management, working closely with senior stakeholders to embed best practice and improve business outcomes. As a trusted advisor, you'll influence key people decisions and support the development of HR policies, reward strategies, and organisational change projects.
We're looking for someone CIPD Level 7 qualified, with strong generalist HR experience and a solid background in business partnering. Ideally, you’ll have worked in professional services, but what's essential is the ability to navigate complex people matters with confidence, clarity, and a commercially minded approach. Strong communication skills and a credible presence with senior leadership are a must.
