As the HR manager, you will play a crucial role within the Site Leadership Team, overseeing all HR activities and fostering an inclusive culture where employees can thrive. • Lead the development of HR capabilities on-site, delivering a responsive and effective HR service aligned with business objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance and expert advice to the Leadership Team and Line Managers across all areas of HR, supporting the implementation of change initiatives.
• Foster employee engagement and collaboration through proactive engagement with local union representatives.
• Coordinate the execution of annual Wellbeing and Engagement surveys, ensuring actionable and measurable follow-up plans.
• Stay informed on local employment legislation and HR best practices, contributing to the development of site-specific and regional policies and procedures..
• Ensure compliance with HR governance standards, maintaining accurate HR data and reporting key performance indicators.
• Implement corporate HR initiatives at the site level and actively participate in regional and global HR projects.
  
  

• Proven experience in an HR Manager role within manufacturing or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of employment law.
• Ability to operate at both operational and strategic levels.
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.
