This is a no frills opportunity for an experienced HR Manager prepared to roll up your sleeves and get on with this critical role in this very sound business.

Some of your duties will include:

- Providing advice and guidance on HR policies and processes across the business

- Ensuring an efficient and effective delivery of HR support with all employees

- Advising the business on discipline, grievance, sickness, restructure and redundancy

- Manage the recruitment process advising on best ways to resource

- Contribute in the creation, development of HR strategies and policies

- Support and lead on HR related projects liaising with internal and external vendors
