Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function and partner with the Senior Leadership Team to drive excellence across the business, while being part of the wider Group business.

About the Role

As HR Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the people strategy—leading recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and more. You’ll play a key role in aligning HR initiatives with business goals, ensuring the business attracts, retains, and develops top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with Group HR and senior leaders to shape and implement HR strategies.
• Lead recruitment efforts to bring in the best and brightest.
• Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and long-term health support.
• Manage performance reviews and support the annual pay review process.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and customer audits
• Oversee training programs and identify development needs.
• Maintain and audit HR records, SOPs, and process maps.
• Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, grievances, disciplinaries, and appeals.

What You’ll Bring

• A degree in HR or People Management.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager in an FMCG environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• A data-driven mindset with experience using HR metrics and systems.
• Deep knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
