Are you ready to take full ownership of the HR function in a dynamic, growing business? Our client, a successful owner-managed manufacturing company with a global footprint and international sales offices, is looking for a talented HR Manager to join their team in Cambridge.

About the Role:
This is a standalone, senior-level HR role with a seat at the table. As HR Manager, you will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), contributing to the business strategy while leading all aspects of the HR function. This includes:

• Overseeing all employee relations matters
• Reviewing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and legal documentation
• Leading talent acquisition, performance management, and development strategies
• Supporting the senior leadership team with strategic HR insight
• Driving continuous improvement across HR processes and culture

You’ll play a crucial part in shaping the people strategy and supporting the company as it scales further, both in the UK and internationally.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a well-rounded HR professional, ideally in a standalone or senior HR role
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
• Experience working in an SME or manufacturing/engineering environment is desirable
• Comfortable operating both strategically and operationally
• A confident communicator who can influence at all levels
• CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
