Job Description - HR Manager

HOT NEW ROLE - 1 Day Hybrid Included after Probation!

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process including vetting, contracts, induction, and 3-month reviews
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure the delivery of top talent
  • Support managers with performance reviews and appraisals
  • Oversee ER cases including disciplinaries, redundancies, restructures, TUPE, and tribunal claims
  • Conduct exit interviews and ensure accurate offboarding and payroll processes
  • Coach and develop managers to enhance leadership capabilities
  • Develop employee engagement and well-being initiatives
  • Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to senior leadership
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices across the group

You’ll need to have:

  • A degree in HR Management or Level 5 CIPD
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar HR role
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
  • Proven experience across all key HR functions including employee relations, L&D, recruitment, payroll, and engagement
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset and experience interpreting HR data
