HR Manager

An established and fast-growing organisation in Sidcup is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to join its HR leadership team. As HR Manager you will lead HR operations across the business, ensuring alignment with wider commercial objectives. This is a hands-on, generalist role that covers the full employee lifecycle, employee relations, organisational development, talent acquisition, and compliance.

Key duties:

• Oversee onboarding, contracts, vetting, and induction processes
• Collaborate with recruitment functions to ensure delivery of the right talent
• Advise and coach managers on HR policy and UK employment law
• Support performance management, appraisals, and employee development
• Handle complex employee relations issues including restructures, redundancy, TUPE, and employment tribunals
• Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Analyse workforce data and contribute to people-related KPIs and decision-making
• Contribute to L&D strategy, including content delivery where needed
• Support audits and ensure HR policy compliance across the group

The successful candidate:

• At least 3 years' HR management experience
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
• Commercial awareness and ability to align HR with business goals
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills
