Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and workforce standards across all sites
Advise on workforce planning, safe staffing levels, and service-specific HR challenges
Oversee recruitment activity, ensuring timely hiring and onboarding across all services

Ensure full HR compliance across all sites, including right-to-work checks and training records
Lead HR policy updates and reviews in line with legislation and organisational needs
Support managers with appraisals, probation reviews and improvement plans
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, driving engagement, wellbeing, and retention initiatives
Analyse staff feedback and survey data to support continuous improvement plans
Produce monthly HR reports for the Board, including absence data, ER activity and staffing updates

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the Care sector or a related field such as Healthcare, Education or Social Housing.
