Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding new employees.

• Oversee employee performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans.
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues, promoting a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Facilitate training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and career progression.

Requirements

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
