HR Manager
Newbury (Hybrid considered)
Full-Time or Part-Time
People are everything in this business.
We’re not looking for someone to simply “manage HR.” We’re looking for someone to shape the future of the company through its people — someone who can attract, develop and retain top talent in a fast-moving, high-performing environment.
If you’re commercially aware, people-focused, and confident influencing at all levels, this is an opportunity to step into a role where your impact will be seen and felt across the entire organisation.
This is a highly successful, independent estate agency operating across Berkshire, Wiltshire and Oxfordshire — built on strong values, exceptional service, and great people.
The business prides itself on:
Honest, transparent communication
Delivering outstanding client experiences
Supporting employees to perform at their best
Taking responsibility for environmental impact, with a commitment to achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2030
Put simply, this is a company that cares about doing things properly — and that starts with its team.
This is a broad, hands-on HR position where no two days look the same.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership to drive the people strategy while staying close to the day-to-day — from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, performance, and retention.
You’ll be trusted to challenge, guide, and improve how the business operates.
