Location: Mayfair, London W1 on site

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience

Job Type: Full time, permanent

The role:

This is a hands-on leadership role, not a policy-only seat. You will:

lead and develop our HR Officer, and be a trusted presence for officers and managers
own employee relations from start to finish, working with our external advisers on complex cases
oversee TUPE transfers, including consultation, due diligence and client liaison
own our HR policies and keep them current with legislation and ACS standards
keep right-to-work, BS7858 vetting, SIA licensing and training consistently compliant
work with Operations on hiring and onboarding, and build a culture of fairness and retention
own monthly people reporting and advise the MD on people decisionsYou'll bring:

5+ years' HR experience, including leading employee relations casework
Strong practical knowledge of UK employment law
Excellent people skills and calm judgement under pressure
Experience supporting a dispersed or shift-based workforce
CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
Ideally, a background in security, hospitality or luxury retailRossi Security is an equal opportunities employer.
