HR Manager - Private Sector - Enfield - c£45,000
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to join a growing maintenance and repairs organisation working in the Social Housing and Public Sectors.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function and for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Your key accountabilities will include:-
Developing, implementing, and continuously improving HR policies and procedures
Managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
Developing and maintaining effective employee retention strategies
Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including employee relations issues
Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks
Overseeing payroll administration
You should be an experienced HR Generalist with a track record of working in a fast paced growing organisation. Experience of working closely with senior leaders needs to be combined with a strong knowledge of HR best practice, experience of developing HR policies and improving employee engagement.
