Who we’re looking for
We’re searching for a part time HR Manager to join our award-winning performance creative agency. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource functions within the company. They will be proactive with strong interpersonal skills, and have a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures.

The objective of the role
Serve as a point of contact for all employee enquiries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures
Address employee relations issues and conduct investigations as necessary, in accordance with company policies and employment legislations
Identify training needs within the business, and develop or coordinate training programmes to address those needs
Coordinate the performance appraisal process, including setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to employees and managers
Support managers in addressing performance issues and implementing performance improvement plans
Ensure the business is compliant with employment legislations, and update HR policies and procedures as needed to reflect and changes

Daily and monthly responsibilities
Address employee enquiries relating to HR matters
Coordinate the performance review process, gather feedback from managers, and facilitate performance discussions
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement
Support employee development initiatives and career planning
Handle employee relations issues, such as conflicts or grievances, and provide guidance to employees and managers
Coordinate training sessions, track employee training completion, and facilitate employee development initiatives.
Assist with the performance appraisal process, including setting goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback
Review and update HR policies and procedures as needed to reflect changes in legislation or company practices.
Participate in strategic planning meetings to align HR initiatives with company goals and objectives
Conduct periodic audits to ensure HR processes and practices are compliant with legal requirements

What you’ll be bringing to the team
Proven experience in human resources management or related field
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Experience using communication and project management tools (ideally Slack and

Monday.com )
HR certification (e.g. CIPD) is a bonus
