HR Manager - UK

We are looking for an experienced UK HR Manager to take ownership of the HR function for our UK operations.

This is a handson role responsible for the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through performance management, employee relations, development and offboarding. The HR Manager will work directly with leadership and UK Brand Leads to ensure the business maintains strong people standards, follows UK employment requirements and addresses HR issues quickly and properly.

• Proven experience as an HR Manager, Senior HR Advisor or equivalent senior HR role in the UK.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience managing the full employee lifecycle.
• Strong experience in employee relations, disciplinary procedures and grievance handling.
• Experience managing performance, probation and capability processes.
• Experience managing recruitment and onboarding.
• Good understanding of UK payroll, benefits and compensation processes.
• Experience drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Strong understanding of absence, attendance and workplace conduct management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong documentation and organisational skills.
• High level of confidentiality and professional judgement.
• Ability to challenge managers and employees when standards are not being met.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations and sensitive employee matters confidently.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.

Annual salary: GBP 40,000.

Senior level ownership of the UK HR function.
