Are you a HR Assistant or Coordinator ready to take the next step in your career? This is your chance to step up into a true HR Officer role, reporting directly to the HR Manager and gaining exposure to all areas of HR.

This isn't just another admin-heavy role, you'll get hands-on experience across the full HR remit, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and projects, with the chance to really make an impact.

What you'll be doing:

• Owning recruitment processes and delivering a great candidate experience.
• Supporting and advising on ER cases (disciplinary, grievance, absence).
• Leading smooth onboarding and induction journeys.
• Using Workday to maintain accurate and up to date people data.
• Getting stuck into HR projects that shape culture, engagement, and wellbeing.

What we're looking for:

• Experience as a HR Coordinator / HR Assistant, ready to step up.
• Some exposure to ER casework.
• Confident with systems (Workday knowledge = bonus points).
• A people-person with strong organisation and communication skills.

This is a brilliant development role for someone ambitious, curious, and ready to grow. You'll get the support of an experienced HR Manager, while taking on more responsibility and building the foundations for a long-term HR career
