An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Officer to join a growing organisation and support the delivery of a broad range of HR activities across the employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees Support employee relations matters, including absence, performance and disciplinary processes Assist with recruitment, onboarding and talent planning Deliver and support learning and development initiatives Conduct training needs analysis and support performance reviews Maintain HR systems and employee records Contribute to HR projects, policy development and continuous improvement activities Support apprenticeship and early careers programmes
About you:
Previous experience in a generalist HR role Strong employee relations knowledge Confident advising and influencing managers Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities CIPD Level 5 qualification desirableThis is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional looking to join a collaborative team and make a positive impact across the business Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
