An Outstanding secondary school in Enfield is looking to appoint an HR Officer to support its growing staff team.
This mixed secondary school serves over 1,300 students aged 11–18 and has built a strong reputation for academic achievement, pastoral care, and staff development. You will play a key role within the school's operations team, supporting recruitment, onboarding, absence management, safeguarding checks, and employee records. You will act as a first point of contact for HR enquiries and help ensure HR processes are delivered efficiently and professionally.
Previous HR or school administration experience
Strong organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
£34,000 - £40,000 per annum
