The Role

You will play a key role within the school's operations team, supporting recruitment, onboarding, absence management, safeguarding checks, and employee records. You will act as a first point of contact for HR enquiries and help ensure HR processes are delivered efficiently and professionally.

Requirements

• Previous HR or school administration experience

• Strong organisational skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities
