An exciting opportunity has become available for a proactive HR Officer to join an Ofsted Outstanding secondary school in Reading
from January 2026. This is a full-time, permanent position within a well-established operations and HR team.
About the Role
The HR Officer will support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contract preparation, HR record-keeping, policy administration, DBS processing, and maintaining the SCR. The role requires excellent accuracy, strong communication skills, and the ability to work professionally with teaching and support staff across the school.
