What You Will Do:

- Process end-to-end employee lifecycle changes, including new starters, leavers, transfers, promotions, and contract amendments for the role.

- Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, onboarding packs, and exit documentation with confidence and attention to detail as part of the job.

- Support offboarding activities such as final documentation, equipment returns, and system deactivation, ensuring a smooth transition throughout the HR Operations Associates function.

- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems, including SuccessFactors, helping deliver reliable records for the team.

- Update organisational structures and reporting lines, including job titles and position data, using disciplined governance and compliance for the position.

- Run routine HR reports and assist with ad hoc data requests, plus support system testing and troubleshooting within the role.

What You Will Bring:

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload in a busy, shared-service or administrative environment for the HR Operations Associates role.

- Clear written and verbal communication with a customer-focused mindset, supporting stakeholders effectively in the job.

- Experience of using HR systems such as SuccessFactors and tools like Microsoft Office (Open Text and C4S experience is beneficial for the position).

- Data integrity awareness and a practical understanding of audit, payroll, and reporting requirements.

- A collaborative approach, with a willingness to support testing, updates, and continuous improvement in the team.
