HR Operations, Data & Systems Analyst

Job DescriptionWe are working with a Global product based organisation who are looking for an HR Operations, Data and Systems Specialist to join a fast paced, dynamic team that drive operations and deliver impact in a global, matrix organisation. This is a good blend between HR Operations, process and project/change work as well as, HR Data and Systems insight.Main day to day and desired skillset as follows:Responsibilities:You'll provide insightful reports and analysis to empower our customers and make data-driven decisions.Establish and maintain clear and concise HR dashboards to track key metrics for the people function.Oversee system updates and changes, working hand-in-hand with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions.You'll champion innovative ways to improve efficiency by implementing automation, AI, and standardisation within People processes.Analyse employee survey data to identify opportunities for enhancing people services and the overall employee experience.Deliver system training to staff, ensuring everyone is comfortable with the latest tools and technologies.Collaborate with internal customers on data-driven projects to achieve strategic objectives.Develop and maintain a comprehensive systems map to visualise people processes for better understanding.Identify opportunities and spearhead initiatives to continually refine and optimise people operations.Establish reports specific to your region to effectively monitor people service delivery and performance.Contribute to global peole projects, including HR system upgrades and the development of advanced HR AI capabilities.Proactively analyse HR data to uncover potential opportunities, risks, and issues related to the workforce.Will have solid Excel and PowerBI experience This role is a London based role, working on a hybrid model of 2 days a week in the office.
