Are you an experienced HR Operations Manager looking for your next opportunity?

Due to an internal promotion, this well-established Professional Services organisation are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager.

Birmingham Office location - 2 days per week on site

Up to £60k + Benefits

As HR Operations Manager you will develop and coach your team of HR Advisors, HR Administrators and Payroll to ensure a consistent and quality service across the organisation. As HR Operations Manager you will look at continuously improving the systems and processes to adapt in this fast-moving business, utilising technology to create improvements for the customer.

Having led a team within HR Operations/ HR Shared Services as an experienced HR Operations Manager you will be able to demonstrate examples of improvements to delivery to support a better customer experience.
