About the Role
This role is ideal for a Senior HR Advisor or experienced HR professional ready to take a step into a Junior HR Partner position. It offers a varied and dynamic remit, giving you the opportunity to shape and influence how HR is delivered across their client portfolio. You'll receive guidance, support and the offer of funded qualifications to aid your professional development. If you enjoy partnering and becoming embedded in client environments, this could be the role for you.
You’ll be advising on a range of HR matters—including restructuring, employee relations, O&D, reward and recognition, retention strategies, engagement and HR best practices. The role is primarily home based, with travel to client sites within the local region up to approximately three days per week. As such, the preferance would be candidates who live in and around the region.
